          It starts with small steps. If you manage to be more physically active and to reduce your food intake, or eat different, healthier things, you will see a difference.

          To help you move and regain strength, the Foundation or Foundation light programs can be very good starting points.

          To make healthier food choices, there are several tips you may find interesting here.
