    IRON BORN PROGRAMME DISCUSSIONS

    I HAVE STARTED IRON BORN AND GOING TO COMPLETE BY NEXT WEEK.
    i HAVE COMBINED IT WITH TOTAL ABS
    RESULTS ARE VISIBLE
    ANYBODY WITH IRON BORN PROGRAMME ANY SUGGESTIONS I HAVE JUST COMPLETED AS A BEGINNER

    If you love it, you can go through it again with higher weights (or more reps if no higher weights avail). If you want a change, 30 days of strength or 30 days of gravity are both nice work in the same direction. Or you can pick a cardio program to work on that and go back to str work in 30 days.

        Firstly well done on completing the program, at the moment I am doing Strength Protocol, even though it's a bodyweight training program, if you want a change from weights but want to continue with strength building then you could try that or the Military Fit plus program.

        have a look at the other programs and see which one you feel that will help you in your journey.

          I like reading what you say as if you were screaming and that is such an IRONBORN mood. Definitely give it another go if you can with heavier weight!

            I have one more day of IRONBORN left and I am so sad. The definition in my biceps, triceps and shoulder have become evident to those around me. Should I do another 30 days? Try a different program? I am so overwhelmed with all of the options..

                IF THAT IS A BEGINNER LEVEL, GO FOR LEVER II, WITH HEAVIER WEIGHT, AS I AM GOING TO START LEVEL- II, THANK U.
