    Elbow Problems

    I have problems in both elbows and as a swimmer it really compromises the catch of my stroke.I've been diagnosed with wear & tear athiritis. Any ideas on exercises using resistance bands ?

    I would like to help, but I must looking for resistance band workouts myself.

      As far as I know, there's only one workout at Darebee's with resistance bands:



      When I feel like doing a resistance band workout, I do that one or search on YouTube, where you can find lots of workouts for whatever level you may need.

        maybe You should get a good physical therapist, swimming is actually good for ostheoarthritis, not so sure about resistance bands:
        The rule of thumb for osteoarthritis patients: "movement yes – load no"
        Better not tinker with Your joints on Your own, You will need them Your whole life. I have a wonky knee myself.
