      wow, that is really cool, I thought at some point in my training I would have to pick a primary in cardio with muscular endurance, or mainly strength, but thanks to you, I have realized I can push my body to do so much more

          yes, most certainly, I think that the reason why most people think that humans can only pick endurance or muscle is because most people are so lazy that they wouldn't know what they can do, and we have all underestimated what the human body can do with hard training
