    Blood pressure

    After doing Darebee workouts for several months my blood pressure (which used to be a little too high) is back to normal!
    Praise to Darebee! Thank you all!

    Next step is to losing some weight by following a mealplan.

      I'm hoping to say the same! Starting Darebee tomorrow (after dragging my feet for a few weeks now) and I can definitely stand to see my blood pressure go down!

        I also have hypertension. Sometimes I do eat certain things that I should not!
