    Hi

    I had known about Neila Rey for a while through Google+ but never actually made it to the site before. Recently I was diagnosed with a disc bulge issue in my lower back and having to commute 5 hours every other day to and from work made the issue worse so I started seeing a physio. It has helped a lot however he recommended that I lose weight and personally I think I should have done that long ago but never really got motivated to do so. Now I've started with a strict diet (low carb and no sugar unless it comes from a fruit as well as small portions of meals) and exercise. Wish me luck!!!

            ChoudhrySaab Welcome buddy and good luck! If you ever need advice we are all here to help out If you're stuck on programs I would start off with the foundation light or regular to get you going, then go on from there
