Posting this one minute away from the day ending (where I live). My Active Start consisted of Level III of the quick work out, plus my daily routine (same as last month, HIIT program level III and daily dare). Also (re?)started a couple of challenges because I haven't been paying attention to my upper body lately. That was this morning. I didn't plan anything for tonight but to make it memorable I decided to go for a bit of a yin yoga routine (one hour total) because I'm a bundle of tension lately. Feeling amazing right now. So happy about today's general movement. Thank you for the motivation!

From the squat rack. Was going to try and do a selfie while mid squat with the weight, but felt like that may be a little dangerous and counter-productive for stealth operations. (Everybody was asleep while I was working out)

Great post and great start from everyone ! My Sundays are spent at my in-laws and we decided to build a snowman. A good workout it itself especially when we had to put its torso on. Packed snow is heavy ! Felt like we were rolling a giant boulder while building snowman.

Is this how it looked like when placing the one on top of the other-- atlas stones..?

I stared doing a "Run Streak " with some members of the local running club that I joined in August. It was intended to keep us motivated through the holidays by committing to run at least 1 mile every day from Thanksgiving through New Year's day, a total of 39 days. Of the 15 of us that started it, 2 completed it.

                            January 1st, I ran 2.2 miles
                            January 2nd, I ran 2 miles

I signed up to do a quarter marathon in April, that's 6.55 miles. A member of the running club is starting a training group for people running the Cap City (Columbus, Ohio USA) Marathon, Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon or 5K. She even printed out training schedules for free.

Now I'll have Run Club every Tuesday evening, Race Training Group every Sunday morning, and a Women's shooting group (not really fitness related) on the second Monday of the month.

Ha ha if only :p No, much less elegant. The snow wasn't the best snow so when lifting it started to crumble and break down. So we used a thin (but solid) long piece of wood and pushed really hard to put that torso up.

I didn't get a selfie (because I just ran into this thread) but I did get a 7 mile run in which felt good but more importantly I ate my black eyed peas (southern tradition).
