We know this is one of those questions where the answer really matters, so we'll be straight with you: for most donors, no - donations to DAREBEE are not tax deductible.

Tax deductibility for charitable donations is tied to where an organization is registered, and the rules vary a lot by country. DAREBEE is based in the United Kingdom. That means donations may be eligible for Gift Aid if you're a UK taxpayer - but for donors in the United States, Canada, Australia, and most other countries, a donation to DAREBEE won't qualify for a tax deduction under your local rules.

This is simply a consequence of where we're located - it's not something we're able to change without fundamentally restructuring the organization, which isn't on the table. We're a small non-profit doing our best to keep a very large free resource running, and the administrative overhead of registering in multiple countries isn't something we can take on.

If tax deductibility is important to you, we completely understand - it's a legitimate consideration and we'd never want you to feel pressured to give in a way that doesn't make sense for your situation. If it isn't a dealbreaker, know that your donation goes directly toward keeping DAREBEE free, ad-free, and updated every single day. That part we can promise.

Awesome effort you put into making quality workouts/plans/programs and that you still continually update and add new ones. Grateful for your promise in keeping this site accessible and free for people of all fitness levels & goals around the world. Found Darebee some time years ago and used to just save the workouts and then forget about them somewhere in my documents & to do later lists 😅 but coming back to the site this year I loved the organised/simple layout & navigation of the site with full workout video at bottom to see proper form and notes to make things easier or harder depending on your fitness/energy aswell as an extensive exercise library with joint friendly alternatives. I found it much easier to track/check off completed workouts & days on program/plan on dashboard, was more likely to remember & do it + advanced filter made it quick to find a doable workout. As a tiny way to support this site I made account and use the site exclusively for exercises now, will look to donate when I can 🙏🏽 and would recommend it to all I talk to regarding fitness. Thank you Darebee team for the great job you've all done here and keep up the good work. Blessings to you all.
