If you find yourself locked in a Street Fighter game and need to perform a Hadoken strike, then the push strike move is what you need to practise. Performed as a whole body strike it coordinates arms, shoulders, legs and hips to push power through the twin palm heel blow.

Powered by: Hips and glutes in coordination with the extension of the arms. 

Tip: Breathe out forcefully as you execute the strike, focusing the power of your entire move so that it flows through your arms.
