That’s what food
tastes like?!

Sugar, salt and oil of all types dull our taste buds. You can make anything taste delicious even when it is essentially tasteless, by covering it with all or any of the three. We develop a taste for all the wrong things which leads us to overeating, then extra weight and malnutrition, and finally heart disease and strokes. When we try to eat healthy foods to improve our health and fitness we simply can't stomach the taste without any of the three additives. So, quickly revert to our old ways of eating. It's not us, it's our taste buds that have been conditioned to look for the saltiness and the sweetness in food and are too dulled to recognize the real taste of food without them. It's a difficult switch but it doesn't take long. Most people begin to taste real food after 2 weeks of giving up one or all three agents. We begin to recognize an entire rainbow of flavors, enrich our menu and feel good and happy while eating healthy meals. Every single day you succeed takes you closer to developing the taste for healthy food like whole fruit, vegetables and even leafy greens. 

Instructions: Remove all added salt, sugar and oil from your diet for 15 days. Don't add salt to your diet and avoid buying products with added salt and/or sugar. Use water cooking method and don't add oils to your salads. Use vinegar instead and get creative with spices and herbs to add flavor to your food instead.
