The Punch Up! Challenge is a 30-day upper-body endurance test designed to build strength, stamina, and shoulder stability using one simple but powerful move: overhead punches. Alternating between high-repetition sets and non-stop 2-minute rounds, this challenge keeps your heart rate up and your arms burning while improving coordination and overall conditioning.

Each punch targets your arms, shoulders, and upper back while engaging your core. You’ll complete either 5 sets of timed punches with short rests or push through non-stop rounds, simulating the intensity of combat-style training. It’s low-impact, equipment-free, and perfect for small spaces - yet it packs a serious punch.

Consistency is key. Keep your fists high, your elbows soft, and your form sharp throughout.
