Jacks are a moderate-impact exercise that will raise your body’s core temperature, get your lungs working, help develop better fascial fitness and  improve your cardiovascular capability. The 10,000 Jacks challenge will help you elevate your overall fitness and contribute to your ability to better control your body. 

You can choose to do all the Jacks required, each day, in one go. You can do them in installments in one workout where you take breaks in-between. Or, you can do them in chunks of physical activity throughout the day. The goal is to complete, each day, the total number of Jacks required.
