DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Solid Base is a Yoga workout designed to strengthen the lower body in a gentle, persistent manner that creates a strong base. Part of the Yoga Week it is step one to building a strong, balanced body and muscles that can be controlled at will. Practice it in addition to anything else you may be doing or whenever you need that easy, flowing movement in a workout that does not push you to the limit but still helps you build up your strength.    
Extra Credit: 1 minute of each non-stop, no pauses.
