To be able to lift your entire body weight on one arm is the ultimate test of strength and the One-Arm Pull-Up Prep is the perfect way to test your strength and build some pretty impressive muscle power. This is a Level V strength training program which means it shouldn't be your introduction to strength training. 
Extra Credit: Unlock at least 2 one-arm pull-ups.
