The difficult part, you see, is how everything on the screen is upside down. I tried typing with one hand while doing one hand handstand push-up, but I fell on the tablet. Have to work on that a little bit more.
I really like this one but I don't understand why there is a need to ramp up the difficulty so intensely on the last couple of days.
There's no need to have this be a 30 day program necessarily. Make it 45 and have at least _some_ buildup to the batshit stuff.
Doing half pistol squats once won't magically make me do full pistols four days later.
I can do more half pistols now and I am not holding onto anything either which is an improvement, but full pistols need some more build up still.
In the old version there were less reps of the more difficult exercises earlier on in the month and the progression was a little less intense. Of course it also assumed you could even do the more difficult exercises at that point.
Seriously, I get that it's a hard program and has a steep progression but does it have to be an exponential curve?
