      any running in this? also, do you think cardio trim run would be a good preparation? its sounds wild. I had to look up jumping lunges!

        madeline no running, no The program is going to be hard so we recommend going for it if Level III workouts is something you do on a regular basis in general. To prepare for it... well, these workouts can help:
