    DAREBEE Near You

You can now set up & run your very own DAREBEE workshop! If it's something you are interested in doing we have created a short manual on how to get started, you can download it from here.

Anyone can start one provided you can organize and run it on a regular basis. Since all of our materials have already been tested, no fitness experience is required (although it helps). Essentially, each workshop is a club where you can meet and train together. All you need is a place... and maybe a printer We've been running a handful of local workshops in Europe (run by DAREBEE team members) and it's been an incredible experience which, hopefully, you will be able to have soon too.

This is a new initiative so those of you who decide to take it on will be our pioneers From the trials we've done so far we can see how amazing it can be: you meet as strangers, you survive a DAREBEE workout together and you part as best friends!

Let us know if you need any help and we will provide you with any materials you may need. I will also be happy to answer any questions you may have, below.

P.S. Once you set up a workshop - let us know! You can also promote it through the Hive (Chatroom section). Once we have at least a few workshops around the world, we will create a page with the locations and the details so others can find yours easier and faster.

Great idea, neilarey and the rest of your awesome team!
I would love to start something like this but there is a lot coming up for me so I'll have to wait but it's definitely on my agenda

Now you've got me curious on how many people I could comfortably fit in my garage. It would be small but it could be fun. Either that or do it at a park and invite Moms and Dads. Let the kids play for 30-45 minutes while we workout (even more fun if the kids want to join). Any recommendations for outdoor setups?

Azercord We've done it, it's amazing! We've done group runs & group DAREBEE sessions outdoors. I myself train outside in sprint & summer (all the way until the rains come ). With DAREBEE workouts you really don't need anything extra, you meet up & you train. We do always have the printouts so everyone knows what we are doing plus you get to keep a copy as a memento. The bare minimums are a single printout and a timer (I use a mobile app). Make sure you all have plenty of water with you as well
The best part are the breaks. You get to moan in unison

            Yessss!!!

This is so great, I always struggle finding local support. I could do with workshops for form check or a bit of coaching. Even if it's in a big group.

I don't have the experience or fitness know-how for this, but if someone in Belgium is up for it, I'll gladly lend a hand in helping organise logistics.

That's super cool and motivating! The page for finding the nearest workshop will also be VERY useful I guess.

Some time ago, I taught yoga at a self-organized workshop - it's called "Freiraum" in German, I don't know how to translate it in English. A non-profit organization rented an old garage where all kinds of groups (sports, arts, political discussion etc.) could meet for free - there are also several similar projects in Hamburg, so maybe I can ask them for available time slots to start a Darebee workshop..

                Looks epic.

Sadly, my agenda does not allow me any sort of break from reality.

I'd really appreciate the mentioned map!
I'm afraid my town (Rostock, Germany) is a wee bit to small to find a darebee group (and personally, I would not have the motivation or persistence to set one up on my own). But I'm in Hamburg and Berlin at least 2 or 3 times a year and it would be cool to randomly get in touch with other bees

These are custom made. You can order one online (we get ours from ebay) or, once you get established, we can send you one (you do need to have an established workshop for that, though)

                            Hey all y'all,

Been doing programs every month for over a year now with my brother. This seems like something we may be able to set up. I own a Pilates and Yoga studio here in Southern California a little outside Los Angeles so space secured. May start as a once a week to see if we get any flow. If you set up a map tag me and where in the hive is appropriate to post to set up a meet up?
