Athena's Playbook is out now
The Athena's Playbook, our first female-illustrations based 30-day program, is now LIVE! It is a level 3-difficulty program suitable for beginners (and all genders!) and it'll kick your ass! Quite literally actually since it focuses quite a bit on your rear end Lots of combat moves (and a few combat days), tendons work and killer cardio. It is a well-rounded little hybrid - it is a mix of classic calisthenics and traditional DAREBEE circuits - and loads and loads of planks to brutalize your abs and core.
When we started working on it, we were originally driven by the motivational aspect of it - we wanted to help all the girls out there who would otherwise feel too intimidated to use programs with the guys in them. Help those who found push-ups just a bit out of their reach for now - and that's how this project began. It then eventually grew into a real gem. It keeps you engaged (you and your muscles) all the way throughout pushing you juuust a little bit further every time.
