    15 in a row! Challenge

    We have a new challenge: exercise for 15 days, every day! Any form of continuous exercise over 15 minutes will count as a day completed. Once you made it through 15 days you can claim a badge (go to "Edit Profile", Achievements unlocked section). If you miss a single day your streak is over and you have to go back to the beginning. If you made it through 15 days, aim for 30, 60 and even 100.

    It is a glorious title. It's difficult to earn and even harder to maintain. Do you have what it takes?





    P.S. Not sure what to do? Pick any of the workouts and do it on Level I.

              I've been exercising for around 1.5 years now months on end without a break but this had to come out after I took a couple day off during my exams and holidays. No problem, though. 6 days down, 9 to go.

                Since I've been tracking toward 100 days of kata performance (again, some more), I already have this data! Awesome!

                  The DADernaught! you can start counting from the beginning of your streak. So if you started exercising (without a break) 15 days ago you can claim the badge. I hope this helps
