    Hello!!!
    I'm trying to start the PFD. Just want to know if my schedule is correct:

    I workout around 6:30 PM (weights program for 1 hour) I eat my protein + carbs meal around 7:45 pm - 8pm....
    Then I eat my protein + veggies around 12 - 1pm.

    Is this the correct way?

    Also, the weights program that I'm doing do not have a lot of cardio. Is this a problem to do the PFD??
    I just want to loose body fat and get some muscle definition.

    Your timing sounds just right! I wouldn't worry about not doing a lot of cardio. Just see how the diet goes for a few weeks and you can always adjust if needed.

      Cardio only gives you the ability to "cheat" and have a fruit, fruit cup, or ice cream. It's not necessary for the power fast diet.
