I take it, butt is the lower body boobs, right? Commas are a great invention of mankind.
Afaik, boobs are mostly fat so you really can't tone them or anything. Basically your only option is to reduce your general fat %.

I take it you're talking about one of Darebee aps? Those are just workout collections. Consider choosing one of the programs here. I recommend Athena's Playbook or Foundation.

And yes, you can workout your upper body every day as long as you don't go all out 100% every day and allow yourself recovery.

Feel free to ask any more questions if you have them.

Okay. But can we at least talk about full stops? Segmentation into sentences? Makes writing so much more readable, little punctuation marks, them.

Exercising your abs will do nothing to your body fat. Exercise and fat loss are in two different dimesions. The only thing working out can do is give you more muscle that will push your fat around (Technically it also increases your baseline energy burn, but people tend to overcompensate that with more food, so end result is the same). If, however, you have a high body fat % it's possible you won't even see your muscles at all.
Take a look at this video, for example:

To lose fat you have to change your eating habits. Check out mealplans / nutrition section. For fat loss I'd recommend Power Fast or Modern Hero

Choosing a program from the page I've mentioned above would probably also help with motivation as they are 30 days long plans that are easier to stick with than random workouts and they are also built around one goal which aids with training focus.

        Good luck with your training.

Fixed. Comas are a different invention altogether...

Hahaha, thanks. I was swiping that on my phone and missed the typo. Fixed now.
I guess no one invented comas - I'd be happy if they were all magically cured.

You sound like a bit of a fitness beginner so the good news is that you can do any exercise and your muscles will get trained, as long as it's exhausting.
You are also a woman so unless you spend dozens of hours every week working out really hard you will not get bulky, so you can train as much as you want (assuming you don't want to spend ages in the gym).

But I also have a bad message for you: No amount of ab work or arm work will make your pouch or bingo wings go away, only a diet change will make the flabs shrink (believe me, I have tried). You are a mother? Maybe you are already doing plenty of cooking, in that case you can work on all of your diets at once by including more veggies and cutting down on the carbs and the sugar.

(You said bingo wings and that reminded me of a show I watched "Secret Eaters", it was quite enlightening, maybe you'd like to watch one or two episodes as well.)
