I am a 24 yr old guy never was interested in excercise before, until I came acros Darebee. But the prob is that there are tooo many options to choose from.
I basically want to have a toned body and increase my stamina and strength. I have started with foundation light. Next I am planning to go for foundation. But genrally I am looking for a set of exercise to do on daily basis. Any advise on which program to follow would be great. Cheers!!
