  • Getting rid of fat while doing hypercaloric diet?

    Hey

So basically the title, how do I get rid of my remaining bodyfat while doing that diet. Lately ive been trying to generally eat more. What i eat on home (aka what momma cooks) its stuff like chicken and rice, spaghetti and tuna. Nothing too complex, but nothing bad. Just good. And as ive said before, Ive been trying to eat a little bit more. But how do you burn fat while exceding your calories used on a day? I do HIIT on home, and 1h of PE mondays and wednesdays (not very intense, but average-good cardio)

What´s the point of a hypercaloric diet if you go for HIIT and not for strength?

I am not sure why you plan a hypercaloric diet if you want to lose fat? Bulking up an losing fat at the same time is super hard as these processes basically run against each other. Although it is not impossible for beginners it requires the right kind if training and the right kind of diet and timing. People usually turn to heavy weight lifting/ strength training and rather low carb oriented diets or something like the power fast diet in concept.

As you still go to school I guess you are also still growing? In that case I would not worry too much about the fat. Work on building good muscle, do not excessively overeat and the rest should more or less come by itself

But it´s not necessary to go for a hypercaloric diet when doing that program. The diets that come with the programs are just suggestions and I think they are based on people with normal weight.

So if you are already overweight and you want to do SP- you can stick to a balanced or even slightly hypocaloric diet.
If you are underweight or normal weight, you might have better results if you have a hypercaloric diet with the program.

Just make sure you have a good protein intake.

Ah ok- that allows for some weight gain.
It will go with some gain of body fat. BUT: SP ist quite hard, so that should be fine to keep fat in reasonable limits.

If you weigh only 50kg on 170cm height there can't be so much fat to lose as you think. Eat moderately hypercaloric with a focus on protein and train for muscle gain and you should be ok.

I thought of "skinny fat" but that´s almost impossible for someone who finished military fit.

So just make your muscles work and everything will be fine.
