So basically the title, how do I get rid of my remaining bodyfat while doing that diet. Lately ive been trying to generally eat more. What i eat on home (aka what momma cooks) its stuff like chicken and rice, spaghetti and tuna. Nothing too complex, but nothing bad. Just good. And as ive said before, Ive been trying to eat a little bit more. But how do you burn fat while exceding your calories used on a day? I do HIIT on home, and 1h of PE mondays and wednesdays (not very intense, but average-good cardio)
