    Hai, I wanted to know if there was a program where I can work out without putting too much strain on my wrist and knee?
    Or if anyone could help me make a good work out program so I can continue working out, while my wrist and knee are healing?

    Foundation Light Program might be suitable for you? It's designed for low impact on joints in general

      Depends on what you got on your knee(s) and wrist, but I am doing rehab after having fissured a meniscus this winter, and I am authorised to do Foundation Light. Hope it helps!
