  • Program question

    I was in the middle of two programms and I got sick.. I havent worked out for 4 days and i think i won't be able to for at least two more.. Should I restart the programs? I really dont want to..

    That depends on how far you were into them and how you feel. Going back at least several days would probably be worthwhile, though there are plenty of people who have just picked back up, too. In the end, it's your decision, but make sure you pay attention to your body's needs. It may be in your best interest to go back a few days so you don't feel as if you lost everything you had gained to the point you got sick because you need to drop to level 1 to complete days, especially if you were consistently hitting level 3 before you were sick.

      I am a lazy ass. I have to make a lot of compromises to keep my motivation. So take the following words with a grain of salt.

      When I have to pause a program for whatever reason I just pick up where I left off, even if it's six months later. I'd rather have the program be less effective than lose (even more) motivation.
