    In addition to all that has been posted there is also the saying : abs are made in he kitchen, meaning that you can train as much as you want as long as you eat more than you need you will not lose fat, so also keep an eye on a balanced energy uptake

      Wow! Thanks for all the answers, I will make sure to read each one carefully. This is truly a great place to gather motivation - I will put in practice a lot of what I learned here when designing my workout and lurk around with some - hopefully - positive results
