  • Where next after 30 Days of Gravity?

    I'm coming to the end of the 30 days of gravity program and am trying to figure out which of the programs will be best for me next. I don't think I'm up to the Military Fit one yet, by a fairly long stretch, though it's a long-term goal of mine. My general workout goals are strength and mass and weight gain - becasue of my history and what my metabolism does to me during high-burn activity, I need to avoid high-burn, "streamline" and HIIT pretty much at all costs. My body fat is a precious resource that must be carefully maintained, hoarded, and added to - it's a bastard to get back if I lose it.

    Tentatively thinking "30 days of strength," but what do you all think?

    Strength Protocol, 30 Days of Strength, and Spartan Trials are all reasonable options, given what you're looking for. I certainly can't fault 30 Days of Strength as your choice, though.

      Why, on earth, do you want to hold on to your fat, of all things? It's rather difficult to lose essential fat (2-4%) unless you intentionally starve yourself. Not to mention the fact that you will have to eat more to build muscle and it's virtually impossible to lose fat under those conditions. With that said, if you want more control over your routine you can go here and design your own training plan with as much or as little of anything that you do or don't want. Just select appropriate workouts.
