I new here and I want to get myself in a better shape. I tried many times in the last years to make training routine. I always stuck at the same point because after a few weak I start to have pain in my joint. I hurt my left wrist many year ago so this joint is specially vulnerable.
Do you have any tips? Is this just a phase that I need to go trough? Is there type of exercise that I can do to strenghten my joint?
