    Hi,
I new here and I want to get myself in a better shape. I tried many times in the last years to make training routine. I always stuck at the same point because after a few weak I start to have pain in my joint. I hurt my left wrist many year ago so this joint is specially vulnerable.

Do you have any tips? Is this just a phase that I need to go trough? Is there type of exercise that I can do to strenghten my joint?

Thank you and sorry for my synthax, english is my second language.

Noone here can saftly say what to do if you have "pain". You should go to a doctor and talk to him about sport and what he recommands for you. If he says that its ok for you to workout, then you should do so. If he says that you are putting yourself in danger of more pain then you shoudnt do it.

A joint pain over a long time, even after a pressure free time, is something that you need to watch out.

      Definitely go to your doctor.

In the meantime, something like this, this and this could help you. But if any of them makes your wrist hurt, stop and consult your doctor.

I see that you have two problems:
          1. A possible joint problem.
          2. You don't have working out as a routine yet.

The first problem will require a doctor but you can already start on making workouts a routine. All the workouts on Difficulty 1 (Light) are very joint-friendly and if you have any pain you can simply stop. You could try Foundation Light as well.
And then when your doctor gives you clearance to do workouts that are harder on the joints you can up your game to Difficulty 2, 3 and so on.
But even those easy workouts will help you build a routine so that when your first problem is solved you have already solved the second.
