Bridge Taps

Bridge taps are not just a butt and hips exercise. It also works shoulders, triceps and the intercostal muscles that cover your rib cage. As an exercise it requires onky a floor and a little bit of time so it can be done any time, anywhere.. 

What's involved: Quads, glutes, lower back, triceps. . 

Powered by: Glutes (primarily) and lower back. .

Tip: Try and reach as far over your head as possible. This forces you to stretch your intercostal muscles and tone your upper body a little bit more.
